The team behind ELVI Partners — Senior practitioners and medior consultants

We built ELVI Partners on a single conviction: that the best advice comes from people who've held the role and understand what it takes from the inside. Every member of our team has led procurement, supply chain or ESG functions at medior and senior level — in Belgian and international organisations — before advising others on how to transform theirs.

Submit a brief

"I spent 20 years building and running procurement functions. When I assess a candidate or advise a client, I'm not applying a framework from a textbook — I'm drawing on decisions I've actually had to make, under real pressure, with real consequences."

— Dominique Kelder, Founder & Managing Director

THE TEAM

Four people. Decades of combined experience. One integrated approach.

We are a small, deliberately experienced team. Every partner brings firsthand leadership experience in the disciplines we advise on — which is what makes our assessments considered, our placements well-matched and our training grounded in reality.

" I founded ELVI Partners for three reasons: to share what I've learned with people who can use it, to be part of the game change that's happening in procurement and supply chain, and to build something with no limits on what we can offer our clients. "

Isabelle brings more than 15 years of experience in talent management, recruitment and strategic project management across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on Life Sciences and, since joining ELVI Partners, on procurement, supply chain and ESG talent.

"What I've always believed is that the right hire — placed in the right environment at the right moment — changes everything. At ELVI Partners, I get to make that happen every day, with a team that genuinely understands the roles we recruit for."

He joined as Co-Founder to bring his commercial, entrepreneurial and investment perspective to the firm's development.

"For more than 30 years, two things have always proven true: people make the difference, and nothing is permanent except change. When I met Dominique and saw what ELVI Partners could become, I felt both immediately. I wanted to be part of it."

Christophe De Wit.

Set up Belgian branch of Dell Computer at 27 Grew ARINSO from 10 to 2,700 employees across 25 countries  Private Equity investor & fund manager — Pure Value Capital 30+ years as entrepreneur, investor and board advisor

Christophe has been building and scaling organisations for more than 30 years. He started young — joining a Dutch IT group in sales and marketing before, at 27, setting up the Belgian branch of Dell Computer. He then joined ARINSO, an SAP consultancy, and helped grow it from 10 employees in Belgium to a group of 2,700 people across nearly 25 countries before its sale in 2007.

Following the ARINSO transaction, Christophe turned to investing — building expertise in Private Equity and launching his own investment fund, Pure Value Capital, in Luxembourg. He has since guided numerous entrepreneurs through growth phases, serving as both investor and coach.

ELVI Partners is one of those ventures. When Christophe met Dominique and saw what was being built, he recognised immediately the potential to guide organisations through the kind of changes he had navigated himself throughout his career. He joined as Co-Founder to bring his commercial, entrepreneurial and investment perspective to the firm's development.

ESG Director

Hervé Votron.

20+ years in Strategy, Finance, M&A and Sustainability CSRD implementation & double materiality specialist  EcoVadis, BCorp & UN Global Compact expert Joined ELVI Partners 2022 — founding ESG practice

Hervé is a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of experience across strategy, finance, M&A, investor relations, communication and sustainability — built across sizeable, cross-border organisations. He joined ELVI Partners in July 2022 as ESG Director and has been the architect of our sustainability practice since day one.

He specialises in ESG strategy — encompassing maturity assessments, roadmap development, action planning and external certification (EcoVadis, BCorp, UN Global Compact) — alongside a solid financial and governance foundation that distinguishes his approach from purely regulatory-focused advisors.

Hervé has proven experience in CSRD implementation, double materiality assessment and the global coordination of ESG reporting programmes, with a strong focus on supplier engagement and sustainable procurement. Through multiple assignments in procurement departments, he has built rare expertise at the intersection of ESG and supply chain — which is precisely where most of our clients' challenges live.

He is pragmatic, deeply committed to driving tangible impact and convinced that ESG, done properly, is one of the most powerful levers for building organisational resilience and long-term value.

"The ESG momentum is here. The cost of inaction is significantly higher than the cost of action — for companies and for society. When I joined ELVI Partners in 2022, I was convinced that combining ESG depth with strong procurement and supply chain expertise was the right model. Three years on, every conversation with a client confirms it."

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Six principles. Non-negotiable in every engagement.

At ELVI Partners, we don't list values because they look good on a website. These six principles shape how we work — what we accept, what we refuse and what our clients can expect from every interaction.

Respectful, transparent and open in every conversation

We say what we think — about a candidate, a brief, a strategy. Directly and constructively. We believe honest conversations, even when they're difficult, are what build lasting relationships.

We always deliver the highest quality, with a clear focus on outcomes

Not activity. Not effort. Outcomes. Every engagement is structured around what success looks like for the client — and we hold ourselves accountable to it. If something isn't working, we say so early and we fix it.

Passionate and determined — especially when it's difficult

The easy parts of a transformation don't require us. We are most useful when things are hard — when the political environment is complex, when the timeline is tight, when the first approach has failed. That's when our practitioners' experience matters most.

We embrace and drive change — in our clients and ourselves

We don't defend the status quo. We came from organisations where we challenged it — and we bring that same mindset to every client engagement. We also apply it to how we run ELVI Partners: always learning, always improving.

We pursue growth and learning relentlessly

The disciplines we work in — procurement, supply chain, ESG — are evolving faster than at any point in a generation. Staying current isn't optional. Every member of our team actively maintains their knowledge of regulatory changes, market dynamics and best practice.

We build a positive environment — for our clients, our consultants and our team

We believe good work happens in good relationships. We invest in the culture of our network, the wellbeing of our consultants and the experience of working with us — because we know that trust, over time, is our most valuable asset.

OUR NETWORK

800+ professionals. Built over decades, not scraped from a database.

Our network is our most important asset — and it was built the hard way. Not through LinkedIn automation or candidate databases, but through 20 years of working alongside procurement, supply chain and ESG professionals in Belgian and European organisations — as peers, colleagues, clients and counterparts.

How it was built

Dominique Kelder's network spans two decades of CPO-level relationships across financial services, technology, manufacturing and professional services. Isabelle Leparlier brings deep talent market knowledge from her years at SThree and bpostgroup. Hervé Votron has built the most active ESG practitioner network in Belgium through his work since 2022. These are not contacts — they are relationships built on mutual respect and shared professional history.

What it means for our clients

When you mandate ELVI Partners for an executive search or interim placement in Belgium, you get access to the full depth of this network — not just whoever happens to be actively looking. The best procurement, supply chain and ESG professionals in Belgium are rarely on the market. They're in our network. And they trust us enough to consider what we bring them.

Why it's different

When we reach out to a potential candidate, they know who we are. They answer our calls because we've worked alongside them, hired them, advised their teams or sat in the same professional forums. That trust translates directly into access to profiles that are rarely visible on the open market.

Our network is our most important asset, built through 20 years of working alongside procurement, supply chain and ESG professionals in Belgian and European organisations
