Confidentiality is standard practice in executive and specialist recruitment. Companies use discretion to avoid alerting existing employees, competitors or the market to their hiring intentions — particularly for senior roles. After a short qualification call with ELVI Partners, we share the full brief including company identity, reporting lines and compensation range with shortlisted candidates.

We recruit for all contract types: permanent CDI/fixed-term CDD appointments, interim management assignments, project-based consulting contracts, and executive advisory roles. We are transparent about the nature of each engagement and support candidates in structuring the optimal contractual arrangement for their situation.

After receiving your CV or application, our team conducts a structured qualification interview — typically 45–60 minutes — to assess your experience, motivations and target profile. A deeper assessment may be conducted in parallel with strong reference checks. We then present you only for roles where we believe there is a strong mutual fit, with your explicit consent. We prepare you thoroughly for client interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the process. We never share your profile without your agreement.

For interim assignments, we can typically present qualified profiles within 48–72 hours and deploy within 1–2 weeks. For permanent executive search mandates, our process typically runs 6–10 weeks from brief to accepted offer — including market mapping, candidate identification, competency-based interviews and client shortlist presentation. Complex or highly specialised roles may take longer.

No. Our primary market is Belgium. However, many of our clients are multinational organisations headquartered in Belgium with hiring needs across multiple European markets.
