ELVI Partners Academy In-Company & Open-Class Belgium
Procurement, Supply Chain & ESG Training — ELVI Academy
Designed by experts & practitioners. Built on real-world business experience. ELVI Academy upskills procurement, supply chain and ESG professionals across Belgium — with training designed to be immediately applicable and grounded in operational reality.
WHY ELVI ACADEMY
Training that changes what people do — not just what they know.
ELVI Academy is built around a simple ambition: every programme we deliver is designed to change behaviour, not just build awareness. Participants leave with concrete actions they can implement the next day — not just a certificate and a slide deck.
Four promesses
Built on real-world business experience
Our content reflects how procurement, supply chain and ESG actually work — in Belgian companies, under real constraints, with real stakeholders. Not how they're described in certification textbooks.
Designed by experts & practitioners
Every module was built by professionals who have led the functions they teach — former CPOs, supply chain directors and ESG managers with 15–25 years of operational experience in Belgian and European organisations. Our trainers are independent practitioners.
Immediate & applicable learning
Every session ends with a concrete action plan. Participants leave knowing exactly what they will do differently in the next 30 days — and we hold them accountable to it.
Hands-on modules & case studies
No death by PowerPoint. Every session is structured around practical exercises, live simulations and real business scenarios. Participants work on their own challenges — making the learning immediately recognisable and relevant.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ELVI Partners Academy
Yes — and this is our default approach for In-Company programmes. We begin every engagement with a needs assessment to understand your teams' current capabilities, your strategic priorities and the specific challenges you want to address. We then adapt the content, case studies and exercises around your context. No two In-Company programmes are identical.
Individual modules run from a half-day to two days. A complete learning journey — upskilling an entire function across multiple competencies — typically runs over 3–6 months, with sessions spaced to allow application between modules. We design the pacing around your operational calendar.
Yes. Participants who complete an ELVI Academy module receive a certificate of completion. Ask us about certification pathways when designing your programme.
For In-Company sessions, we recommend between 6 and 20 participants. For Open-Class sessions, we cap at 12 participants. For very small teams (2–5 people), we recommend upcoming Open-Class sessions or a coaching-based format.
Every trainer in the ELVI Academy network is an independent practitioner with a minimum of 15 years of operational experience in the discipline they teach — former CPOs, supply chain directors and ESG leads. We match trainers to programmes based on sector experience and the specific competencies being developed. You will always know who your trainer is before confirming a programme.
Yes. In-Company training is delivered at your premises across Belgium. Open-Class sessions rotate between Brussels, Wavre, Nivelles, Ghent and Antwerp. Virtual delivery is available for all modules, though we recommend in-person formats for skills-based content involving simulation.
