What will you do?

As a Talent & Growth Consultant, you will play a key role in the development of ELVI Partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, engaging and qualifying professionals, consultants and interim managers in Procurement, Supply Chain and Sustainability

• Conducting interviews and assessing experience, expertise, motivation and career aspirations

• Building long-term relationships with candidates, consultants and industry professionals

• Developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events and proactive outreach

• Connecting with decision-makers and understanding their business challenges

• Supporting recruitment, executive search and interim management assignments

• Preparing candidate presentations, client proposals and commercial materials

• Contributing to the visibility, reputation and growth of ELVI Partners

• Participating actively in the development of new ideas, services and initiatives

Who are we looking for?

More than a perfect CV, we are looking for the right mindset and strong potential. You are likely a great fit if you:

• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification

• Have 2 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, consulting, talent acquisition, business development, staffing or another B2B services environment

• Have a genuine interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Operations or industrial environments

• Are intellectually curious and able to quickly understand business challenges

• Enjoy networking, building relationships and creating opportunities

• Feel comfortable interacting with managers, experts and senior decision-makers

• Have a commercial mindset and enjoy working towards objectives and measurable results

• Are entrepreneurial, proactive and willing to take ownership

• Bring positive energy, resilience and strong communication skills

• Speak English fluently and are also fluent in French and/or Dutch

Experience within Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Consulting or Executive Search is a strong advantage.
