Dominique KELDER
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dominique is a Senior Executive with +20 years of international Procurement experience in different industries. He is a proactive and highly dynamic leader, with analytical prowess and proven ability to drive changes to improve efficiencies and performance regardless of pressure.
After nearly two years in London when he was Sales Executive for Business Objects, Dominique joined ARINSO International in 2004, where he established the global purchasing processes and team, driving growth and helping in the transformation of the business model. After KKR’s (Private Equity) acquisition in 2008, he advanced his international career within Northgate Group, becoming Global Procurement and Sourcing Director.
In 2016, Dominique joined the Belgian Private Bank, Degroof Petercam, as Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), where he established the Procurement division and developed a Group Procurement Strategy. He led the Procurement and Accounts Payable teams, driving the bank’s Finance Digital Transformation and realizing substantial savings. In 2019, Dominique was appointed Chief Procurement Officer at SWIFT, global leader of secure financial messaging services, where he led the international Procurement and Facility Teams.
Therefore, based on my different CPO roles and senior procurement leadership positions, I wanted to share my experiences with others to positively impact companies and together enhance the procurement perception to a higher level.
Secondly, reinforced during the COVID period, the market has now realised that it is important to master better its supply chain to avoid disruptions down the stream. Procurement and supply chain functions become more and more strategic for companies and I want to be part of that game change!
And lastly, I wanted to become an entrepreneur to share my passion and my enthusiasm with other professionals without any limits.

Isabelle Leparlier is HR & Business Partner at ELVI Partners. She brings over 15 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and strategic project management across various sectors, with a particular focus on Life Sciences.
Isabelle joined ELVI Partners in 2025 and quickly took on a key role in the company's growth. Her human-centered and pragmatic approach allows her to support clients through their transformations, while strengthening teams and fostering a solid corporate culture. She is also actively involved in daily operations management, business development, and strengthening HR processes.
Before joining ELVI Partners, Isabelle held leadership roles at SThree and bpostgroup, where she led strategic recruitment initiatives, supported organizational transformations, and contributed to the development of leadership pipelines.
At ELVI Partners, Isabelle plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the company’s procurement, supply chain, and ESG activities. She is committed to providing people-centered solutions, creating authentic connections between talent and businesses, and delivering sustainable value in every mission.

Christophe DE WIT

'Nothing ventured, nothing gained'
That is the spirit in which Christophe has always wanted to develop himself. He started quite young as an entrepreneur. At first working in a sales and marketing position for a Dutch IT group. After a few years, at the age of 27, he had the chance to set up the Belgian branch of Dell Computer. A great experience which he could repeat 4 years later at ARINSO. He helped this SAP consultancy company to grow from 10 employees in Belgium to a group of 2,700 employees in almost 25 countries.
After the sale of ARINSO in 2007, he started to learn hands-on what it is like to invest in companies. On the one hand through Private Equity and on the other hand through his own investment fund Pure Value Capital in Luxembourg.
He has also been fortunate to be able to guide a number of young entrepreneurs in their growth through coaching and investments. ELVI Partners is one of them

When I got the chance to get to know Dominique and ELVI partners, I felt it immediately. Here is the dynamic and the potential to guide organisations in today’s changing world, and I wanted to be part of this venture.
Hervé is a Senior Executive with +20 years of experience in most layers of sizeable cross-borders organizations (Strategy, Finance, M&A, Investor relations, Communication and Sustainability).
He joined Elvi Partners in July 2022 as ESG Director.
Hervé is specialized in ESG strategy, encompassing ESG maturity assessments, roadmap development, action plans and ESG certifications (Ecovadis, B Corp, UN Global Compact,…) alongside a solid financial foundation.
He has proven experience in CSRD implementation, double materiality assessment, gap analysis, global coordination of CSRD implementation, with a strong focus on suppliers engagement. Through different assignments in procurement departments, he developed a solid knowledge in sustainable procurement.
Hervé is pragmatic, passionate about transformative leadership and deeply committed to driving sustainable impact for both businesses and their broader ecosystems.
